When do customers get their Connect 8 on-premise upgrade?

Customers should have been contacted via email on 11/1 with the announcement, then again around the end of November with the information on how to upgrade.  If you have not seen that communication then you should contact Platinum support.  866.335.2256, option 2, and then 5.  You will need your customer ID or your contract number.
New customers can install the Connect 8 installation immediately
