Sometimes you will want to know the cluster (or group of servers) that houses my Adobe Connect account.  You might need this in particular when you are trying to determine when your account is to be upgraded

the simplest method I know to see this is to enter the domain of your account into a browser, for example in my case, I would enter ‘getconnect.adobeconnect.com’, you would enter ‘myaccountname.adobeconnect.com’

This will take you to the login page for your account and the first time it resolves the address, it will display the cluster name in the title (See Figure 1 below).  The cluster is represented by the figures in front of ‘adobeconnect.com, in my case ‘na1cps’ so I am on the ‘na1’ cluster (the first cluster in North America).  You might have a cluster up to ‘na10’ or more
