Pre-9.2 you would need to print the whiteboard to a PDF to get a copy of the content, in Connect 9.2 there is an option in the ‘Pod Options’ menu ‘Send Snapshot’ (Figure 1).

When you select this option you are presented with a window where you can enter the email(s) you wish to include in your snapshot distribution (Figure 2).

The email that you and/or your other colleagues receive is shown in Figure 3 below. The first example is a regular whiteboard, the second example is a whiteboard used over a PowerPoint slide.

Note – This feature will only be available to you if you are at the ‘Host’ or ‘Presenter’ level in the meeting room. If you are only at participant level then you will only see the option to ‘Print’ in the pod options menu. If you wish to give access to this feature but you do not want to make your participants full ‘Presenters’ in your room, you can use the ‘Enhanced Participant Rights’ option to give them access to the share pod only (see Figure 4 and 5 below). This will give them access to the ‘Send Snapshot’ menu item. You can remove this access when you are done.
If you want to grant access to multiple participants, you can shift-select them in the Attendee List Pod.
