In order to clear the cache of your Flash Player, you need to use the Flash Applet at the following link:

From here select ‘Delete all sites’ to clear all of the cache


Another way to get to this is to right-click in a Meeting Room (or in a Flash movie) and then select ‘Settings’ and the second tab form the left (‘Privacy’).  Now select ‘Advanced’ and you will get to the same web page as above (but without the need to remember or save the link).  See Figure 1 below
