Adobe Presenter is a useful option in this case, the link below is a simple but fully functional example that will track all of the information from a meeting attendee to the reporting section on the Connect server.
- I built new hyperlink buttons for ‘Next’ and ‘Previous’ in PPT (*nothing* to do with Adobe Presenter) and made them look close to the Adobe Presenter buttons
- I added back the real ‘Clear’ button from Adobe Presenter as they will need that option
- I allowed them ‘unlimited attempts’, otherwise when they use the ‘Previous’ button the quiz will be assumed as taken and they will not be able to answer
- ‘Next’ takes them to the next slide in the deck, ‘Previous’ to the previous slide
- You can go to the form, click ‘Previous’ to take a look at the agreement again, then go ‘Next’ back to the form again
- When you ‘Accept’ the form you will be taken to the last slide
- If you want a hyperlink to the PDF of the full contract then load that up to the Connect ‘Content’ area, then place the PDF under a new button (*not* an Adobe Presenter button) on the final slide.
I tested this standalone and in a Meeting Room…the report from the Meeting Room captured all of the information we would need to see who accepted (Figure 1)
