Here’s a little trick that I just thought of and tested briefly.
First you need to get the ‘sco-id’ (internal system identifier) for the content/meeting, you can do this from the downloadable ‘Asset Report’.
Go to the ‘Administration’ tab and then the ‘Reports’>Downloadable Reports’>’Assets’ report…download this to a spreadsheet.
Now you can use ‘Find and Select’ tool in Excel to search for the URL, for example ‘Sheraton’ (See Figure 1 below). Beside the name you will see the ‘sco-id’, copy it or make a note of it.
Now go to the Connect Account and go to a meeting (any meeting). We are going to replace the ‘sco-id’ in that meeting with the ‘sco-id’ of the meeting you want and try to ‘trick’ Connect to taking us to the meeting.
In the ‘Meetings’ tab, click on one of the meetings, the URL in the browser will be something like this:
https://admin.acrobat.com/admin/meeting/sco/info?principal-id=407636753&sco-id=407720537&tab-id=407671087
Now we will replace the ‘sco-id’ that I have highlighted in red with the ‘sco-id’ we found in the Asset Report (601664276)…the new URL would look like this:
https://admin.acrobat.com/admin/meeting/sco/info?principal-id=407636753&sco-id=601664276&tab-id=407671087
This URL should take us to the location of the meeting as it is today (See Figure 2)…from here you can see where the meeting resides today.
This is easier to do than to explain, and probably a lot quicker than your alternative…I tried this with another URL and it took me maybe 20 seconds to find it.
