Can I use UV for Presenters but stop Participants dialling into the call?

On occasion you might have a use-case where you want your Presenters and Hosts to use the Toll-Free phone line and your Participants to only be able to join using VoIP, usually this would be broadcast only (no Participants using their microphones)

The issue with the regular Universal Voice configuration is that you are going to display the phone dial-in information in the Meeting Room.  You can see these details in the top-right corner under ‘Dial-in Details’ (See Figure 1).  When you click on ‘View Info’ you (or your Participants) will see the Toll-Free or other dial-in information (See Figure 2).  Similarly you can see this from the ‘Connect My Audio’ dialogue box (See Figure 3)

In order to remove these details, you can set up an additional ‘Audio Profile’ that has text in place of the Toll-Free and other numbers (See Figure 4 below)

Figure 4

This will mean that the numbers displayed in the Meeting Room will still be there, but you have changed them to text (See Figure 2a and Figure 3a for the new dialogue boxes.  This is not perfect, but it is a useful workaround I think
